Cherubs SpA has chosen to participate in the LIFE SALVAGuARDiA project by filling in thesustainability assessments to measure its environmental and social impact.

A constantly evolving story.

Cherubini SpA, a company founded in 1947, is active in the sector of handling solutions for solar protection systems and Home Automation.

Founded as a metal forge in Carzago della Riviera, a small village in the Valtenesi area, over the decades it has been able to range between different sectors, specializing in handling solutions for awnings, rolling shutters, sunscreens and screens, combining manual handling with electronic one, up to Smart Home systems.

Today the company is the founding reality of an international group, made up of ten companies, with 5 branches abroad, in Spain, France, Germany, China and Turkey. It exports the 70% of its production to 65 countries around the world. It has a turnover of 60 million Euros (2022) and employs over 300 people.

The constant structuring of the Group has led over time to the acquisition of strategic companies, with the aim of establishing Cherubini among the main players in the sector in the development, production and distribution of handling solutions for different sun protection systems, leading the Group to differentiate worldwide by the breadth of the product range under a single brand.

Thanks to the acquisition strategy undertaken in recent years, Cherubini is able to provide increasingly advanced, complete and Home Automation oriented solutions.
