Cominelli Foundation participates in the LIFE SALVAGuARDiA project by helping the diffusion of an ecological culture and safeguard.
The foundation will host the second part of the exhibition from 1 July to 1 October 2023 In praise of the limit at the prestigious and evocative headquarters of Palazzo Cominelli in Cisano. The six artists on display, through different languages and proposals, will invite visitors to reflect on the effects of climate changes and on environmental impacts generated by man in the environment in which he lives.
Palazzo Cominelli is an elegant eighteenth-century building, recently restored thanks to the wishes of Raffaele Cominelli, who with great philanthropic spirit, ensured that upon his death the Foundation named after him was established. Art is the soul of the Cominelli Foundation, which has always stood out for the high cultural value of the offer.
The Raffaele Cominelli Foundation aims to preserve the culture of Valtenesi and the collection of paintings by Leonardi Cominelli, painter and poet who lived between 1642 and 1703.
“We at the Raffaele Cominelli Foundation know that to change the world you need a lot of willpower, perseverance, but also support from the institutions. Since our foundation in 2000 we have always worked with determination to make a difference. With commitment and passion we organize numerous activities, which directly involve the community of San Felice del Benaco, as per the wishes of the benefactor Raffaele Cominelli, and which aim at true social inclusion, made up of sharing and work, but also of fun and joy of being Together".
